Effective Date: January 1, 2024 | Solisspread PRIVATE LIMITED
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all turnkey Solar EPC contracts, equipment sales, site assessments, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provided by Solisspread PRIVATE LIMITED ("Solisspread"). By signing an execution quote or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Site Accessibility & Structural Integrity
- The customer is responsible for ensuring shadow-free rooftop access and sound structural load capacity for solar structure installation.
- Solisspread will conduct a structural engineering assessment prior to mounting structure assembly.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Unless otherwise specified in a formal EPC purchase order, standard project execution milestones apply:
10% Advance Booking Amount upon contract signing.
70% Payment upon delivery of Tier-1 Solar Panels & Inverters to site.
15% Payment upon completion of mechanical mounting and electrical wiring.
5% Final Payment upon net-metering commissioning and DISCOM grid sync.
4. Government Subsidies & DISCOM Approvals
While Solisspread manages all net-metering applications and government subsidy documentation end-to-end, actual DISCOM approval timelines and subsidy disbursement schedules are subject to government utility policies and procedures.
5. Warranties & AMC Services
All equipment warranties (25-year panel performance, 5-year inverter warranty) are honored directly as per manufacturer guidelines. Solisspread provides 1-year complimentary AMC service covering regular panel cleaning guidelines, electrical health checks, and thermal drone inspections.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
